Fourth child and fourth daughter of Elizabeth DICKINSON and Joseph PHELPS.
Married 23 July 1859, her first cousin John EVANS.
He was third child and second son of Rev. Dr Arthur Benoni EVANS and Anne
DICKINSON.
Fanny was always a wonderful stepmother to John's children.
